Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer returns on any products.

In special cases only, exchange requests may be considered if we are informed within 48 hours of delivery and the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.

White and off-white products are not eligible for return or exchange.

Christian bridal gowns are not eligible for return or exchange.

For approved exchanges, customers are responsible for all shipping and courier charges, including the cost of returning the product to us and the cost of shipping the replacement product.
